Upgrade windows 10 from 1803 to 1909
Ask a new question. I have no idea which other updates are in process or which services are shutting down. I have also tried troubleshooting numerous times but the troubleshooter isn’t able to identify the problem.

I don’t get an error code with this but when I try to update using Windows 10 update assistant I get the the error code 0xc Choose where you want to search below Search Search the Community.

Cancel Submit. Sumit Independent Advisor Independent Advisor. Try updating to using Media Creation tool and if it fails let us know. In reply to Sumit Independent Advisor ‘s post on March 7, Hi Sumit! Thanks for the help but it’s still not updating. I tried both methods. When I click update this PC it almost downloads but then stops and I get the message that it couldn’t download and that rebooting my PC might help.
What do I do? Thanks Ishika. Let us check the Installation log to find why the update failed. Please share the following logs: The Panther logs. Files named Setupact. To upload files here, see the following article. You must copy the logs to the desktop first and then upload. As the log size might be large consider zipping everything before uploading.

The reply I posted is a generic template that covers everything. Thank you. Apparently the Panther logs are almost empty. When you start the Media Creation tool and see the error, do you see an error code with the message?
