I went to every single line in Registry Editor by using Find command to see if there’s any “Office” related keys, but it seems to be clear. I makes sense because I just reset my system, and I don’t have any Office programs installed. I’ve read many threads and deleting “Office” folder in Task Scheduler is a silver bullet in many cases, but not in mine.
I don’t have any experience with reading log files. So please tell me if there’s any way to know what exactly causes the problem?

Delete “Office” folder in Task Scheduler, and in Registry, restart system, and try to install again.
Rename “Microsoft Help” folder which is empty. Tried to run the setup file As Administrator. Re-reset my Windows again keep my personal files. Check my hard-drive for bad sectors. There’s none. Turn off Windows Defender. Check for Windows Update to see if there’s any update installation in queue.
