The file name of the PDF is there but everything else is blank and doownload “greyed out” zdobe the message I get at the top of the dialog box is “Save As Not Responding. I can’t scroll to a folder, and leaving it to see if it will respond eventually does nothing as well, I have left it for 15 minutes one time and it still was the same. I then have to crash out of it. When I am in a webpage and or an email the dialog box comes up asking do I want to open the PDF or save.
